Poor Customer Service from FNB Insurance Brokers

I joined FNB insurance in June 2016 under the following broker - Tyron Govindasamy. On the 28 February 2017 I sent a request to Tyron to change my debit order to go off on the last day of each month instead of the 25th of each month. I never received any correspondence from him and on the 25 March 2017 the debit order went off and there were no funds in my account as a result FNB charged me R150.00 for the unpaid debit order. This was very disappointing because I informed the broker in good time but I never got any correspondence from him. As we speak I am looking for quotes with other insurance companies because FNB brokers are very *********** and unreliable.
