Poor customer service from FNB

Hi there

I have never thought I’d experience such a bad service from a bank I’ve been banking with since I was in school. FNB knows each and every financial ups and downs since I started working my salary goes to FNB I have never thought of switching till now.

I app**** for a temporary loan of which it was paid the minute I got paid they don’t play they debit your account on your pay day sharp, so I tried to reach to them for assistance with no help that wasn’t an issue I then went to find other means only to find out the paid up temp loan is still reflecting on my credit and that was paid on the 29 Nov, I went to the branch to ask for a paid up letter for that temp loan so it can be cleared off my credit they tell me it will take 24hr and with rudeness I was transferred from one consultant to another they all didn’t help, it didn’t take them 24hr to debit my account but now they want me to wait for 24hr for something that was paid for on the 29Nov the consultants over the phone have the “I don’t care attitude “

I bank with you for years and when I need a simple letter I must wait disappointing to say the least
