Poor customer service from fnb

I had 2 e-wallet payments sent to my number in February and March respectively. In March when I went to withdraw the monies, the slip stated that I should contact the branch. Went into the branch and was informed that the sender's number is under investigation. I have been to the branch on more than 3 occasions to no assist. The ***** number provided is constantly not being answered. I need my money. Thank God I'm not banking with such a pathetic bank. I'm being sent from pillar to post. This goes against your customer centricity slogan!!!!!!!!!!!!!
