Poor customer service FNB Merchant services

After numerous requests since 2021 to update our name from Krugerbits to SA Goldbits on fnb merchants side it still displays Krugerbits on our invoices and statements and on the clients bank statement and receipts from fnb, it still hasnt been done. This is really poor customer service. A Business cannot operate like this. Our name is SA Goldbits and should be reflected as that. It is the same business, the same address and cipc reg, it was a only a NAME CHANGE. How difficult can it be to update the name!
