Poor customer service

Good day, my father joined law on call under FNB which he was paying R99, he had an accidental death benefit with this. He unfortunately passed away due to accident, money was supposed to be paid to a beneficiary who is my mother, till now we are still struggling with them. They have poor service, unreliable consultants. We sent all the necessary documents that they asked from us but till today it's a long process
