Poor customer service

First national bank in khayelitsha mall has only 2 consultants on duty yet the bank is full and waiting time is 40minutes,however it becomes more than the 40minutes that's stipulated on the ticket, every time when I come here there are few consultants and with no assistance, we come in and form a line in order to get a ticket and still the person that is suppose to issue the ticket is busy assisting other people, where is the rest of the staff members and why should one have to wait ore than 40mins to get assistance, I am highly disappointed with fnb
