Poor Customer Service Experience

The call centers agents will take you from pillar to post when you called them to enquirer about their Retirement Annuity and Tax-Free Shares Cancellation. It's been a nightmare for me because they can't put me through to the right department for me to get assistance.

I'm very much disappointed in how they operate.
