Poor customer service

I went to the branch in Vryburg where I wanted to close my savings account. I got assistance, however they had to call their customer care to move my FNB cellphone contact and activate my FNB app which I blocked due to ********** transactions. I failed to get assistance to date, regardless how many times I call a day to date. Soon I'll be handed over unfairly.
