Poor customer service 😢

FNB Maruti crescent mall qwaqwa, having a poor customer service just to make a letter of confirmation we have qued more than hour, and bearing in mind that we found people in the bank, and most of those people haven't yet serviced... I am appealing to the FNB management to train its staff on a custermer service and time management
