Poor customer service!

I had a very bad experience with one of fnb's staff members at highveld mall in witbank! I had some buisness to attend to and usually go the mall because off a bad experience at another branch previous , but was very surprised by Dumusani that had a very bad attitude and verbally attaced me, treated me that i did not matter at all! I have been a customer of fnb for a very long time and Dumusani if you cant work with customers in a descend way, please find another job! Very unhappy
