Poor customer service - deceased estate

We went to FNB mobeni on 20 and 21 January 2014, at first visit when we submitted death certificate, we need letter from hight court to get bank balances. We went and got this letter from the high court specifically asking for balances on my late mother's accounts and etc.

on 21 January we went to submit letter from the high court the consultant Trishina Naidoo, did not know what to do so she asked Sue. Sue then told trishina naido to get verification of the letter. copies were made and we were told it will take a week to get feedback. We waited and then decided to go to smith street. where we were assisted immediately.

Up to this day nobody has called my father from FNB mobeni. I took it upon myself and still no reasonable service given. Trishina just apologized but no feedback with regards to the verification of the letter. Its almost as if there is new staff only at mobeni and nobody is quite sure what needs to happen. The service has been extremely poor. Its sad that my mothers account was with this particular branch for almost 20 years. Assistance has only been received at smith street branch.

FNB must train consultants on deceased estate handling.
