Poor Customer Service

Refusing to assist with debit order dispute. Instead they are very quick to offer money assist, even though after spending almost 2 hours on the phone, with various departments, trying to explain I cancelled the life insurance 4 months ago, thus an unauthorized debit order. They still refused to assist me. And to top it off, the local branch is closed........
