Poor Customer Service

It has now been three months since I logged a Home Loan Query that remains unresolved. Despite many follow-up calls / mails, I keep on getting the same response “the matter is still being attended to and has been escalated to management for intervention and further assistance.

Any suggested recourse to get this matter resolved?
