kindly assist i am struggling with getting feedback from FNB regarding credit issue i have raised with the bank on thew 03-07-2020 till this day there has never been a call or feedback on the issue . Sometimes they dont take nor treat our complains professionally , its like they filter issues and see which ones deserve their attention
