Poor Customer Service
So disappointed with how my case has been handled. Especially for someone who has Private Clients account. Where is your private banker when you need them. ****** pathetic.

22 Jun 2024, 17:56My account and any business I have with this institution is for sure and with absolute cer*****y being terminated after this incident. How can funds just disappear from my account? And the worst part is when the assigned agent tries to convince me that it is there even after going through each transaction in my history line-by-line. Not impressed at all.

26 Jun 2024, 08:06Almost 10 days and nowhere near a resolution. You can forget about the private advisor if you are a private client paying a premium fee for your banking needs because they are nowhere to be found in times of trouble which is often the best time to measure true customer service when things are not going well.
