Poor customer service. Careless

I've been with fnb for 15 years. I'm in financial trouble and they offer me loans that I now can't pay back. When returning for a solution their response was telephonically that is sould either starve to death or should be referred to legal department for actions. I have never been so disgusted by this company as today. They are not considerate. And they are severely expensive. There is more to this story then what I could explain. But in short I am not satisfied! 💔
