Poor customer service

Hi , I had a personal loan with FNB and had settled the account, now i have been calling them requesting for a paid up letter and that they update my ITC record, their phones just ring and when someone finally picks up you get transferred and a person picks up the phone the next thing the phone call drops, I am feeling frustrated as now my credit report is also not even updated, really appreciate if they can resolve this.
