Poor Customer Service

On the 24 of November 2022 I visited a FNB branch in Meyersdal in a quest to apply for a business loan. When I got the consultant forwarded my query to the person in charge with dealing with business loans. On the 30th of November the person tasked with helping me promised to contact me. I’ve been waiting ever since. It’s the 3rd of January and I really need a response on this matter.

I also tried applying on the app but it really doesn’t help much. I’m really disappointed by all of this poor customer service
