Poor Customer Service
Really dissapointed in FNB Been a customer for 10 years now and have done multiple loans with them and I have always paid up in advance Now trying to get a loan is so much red tape and they are not willing to help! I still have a existing loan with them and trying to get a new one or a top up is impossible I dont think FNB will have me for a customer any longe

I explained why I cannot prlovide you with pay slips on my loan application and that im busty with my tax as Im mostly in and out of hospital due toe being a type 1 diabetic and what do you do report me to SARS. This is ******** good luck getting anything out of me again. I will keep on reposting these complaints
