POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT FNB HOUSING

I app**** for COVID 19 payment holiday on the 24th July 2020 to request 3months payment holiday due to financial problems Im currently facing and guess what they only responded to me on the 15th September to inform me that my application is not approved. How come they dont approve when I request and I normally pay more on my monthly installment.
