Poor customer service

Good Day

I have been given the run about on trying to get information on the home loan and I find this unacceptable.. Hoenstly it’s the worst bank to deal with for the Home Loans , there is just no interest shown to assist a customer ... pathetic level of customer service for a client !!!!!!!!
