Poor Customer Service aas usual

Poor customer service as usual. I have a complaint number and even a name of someone who is allegedly managing the issue, Tshepiso, but I can't get a response unless I write on Hello Peter. This is beyond ridiculous. I had even taken my original review down thinking that FNB was now handling the issue however now they just ignore me.
