Poor customer service
I have been trying to have a query resolved for more than a month now. I get sent from pillar to post. Get told to call one number only to explain my query and be told to call another number. No accountability and zero customer service.

09 Jun 2021, 11:31You have stil not managed to resolve my query as since I've received a response a few weeks ago, I've made payments which clearly you've not updated. I am in need of a confirmation of settled accounts and you're just emailing me a previous query response. I have since called another 6 times with no resolution and your debt review department does not answer any calls. I'm deeply disgusted and will take this matter further
