Poor customer service

I would like to report FNB. After numerous emails to them do they just ignore my delima. I have a personal loan and want support with a revolving loan. They refuse. They are a bunch of lying people, with very poor customer service. I earn a good enough salary and there is a existing loan that are up to date. I need urgent financial support. PLEASE RESPOND AND GET BACK TO ME.
