Poor customer service

Very very poor. Paid my Personal loan up in full a month ago and paid to much on the account. A refund is due to me from FNB and still no refund and paid up letter 30days later!....? (Sifiso very helpful at the debt review dept.) And we as customers have to pay a service fee for this kind of service. Maybe find a way to decrease waiting periods this is not acceptable!
