Poor customer service

I have written a review last week about the poor customer care last week and j was promised to be contacted/ resolve issue but no one called. Revolving loan is still active and it must be closed immediately because all the charges after I settled the account will not be paid by me. FNB shows how unreliable they can be and making promises they can't keep.
