Poor customer service

I went into the Oudtshoorn branch to apply for a loan, the consultant that assisted me showed me what I qualify for, after we were done with the application the consultant told me the money will be in my account within 24hours. After 2 days I went into the bank, they then told me the loan was declined due to not having enough debt but the consultant told me its is strange because he can see that the debt should not be an issue, he will follow up on it. I don't know how they came to this conclusion. I visited the bank again 2 days ago, the consultant told me its an issue on there side and he will follow up on it, now they telling me my credit score is to low but if I check then I see my credit score is 81% out of 100%. I told him that and now I don't hear anything from them and the number showing on there web page does not exist, I asked the consultant to give me a call but nothing
