Poor customer service

I have an ongoing fruad case, that I have been asking for updates on, i was told i would get called within 24-48 hours. It is now well over that, but i still have not been updated. Upon sending an email to the fruad analyst, I was she is on sick leave, only to find out that she was available. Right now I'm trying to contact them, to no avail. Their call center number keeps play stupid elevator music! No help whatsoever. 0/10 on their customer service. Absolutely disgusting!
