Poor customer service

I am at branch of FNB in rustenburg (250655)i took this from the lady sitting next to me cause i am fami**** with rustenburg. The other lady asked me not to take a ticket fron the machine my ticket was suppose to be 28.since no one is attending to us. The number in the brackets might help to identify the branch. Its the one next to boxer shop closer to the taxi rank
