Poor customer service

Customer service is terrible. It does not seem that the staff even knows the products. I have been trying to lift a hold on my account for the past 30 days, I have been referred to different departments until they just stopped responding. I even went into the branch this weekend and documents were uploaded. Still nothing has been done. Can it be so difficult just to verify documents. Not sure what to do anymore. Most likely wont switch to them anymore, if they cant even deal with such a simple thing. Terrible service!!!
