Poor customer service

I had a very bad experience on changing a debit order date from the 1st to 26th of every month. All supporting documents submitted and yet still nothing has been resolved. Lenny Motsepe and Palesa Mzala have been frustrating me and I wonder even of they went to school. Every one knows that of one gets paid on the 25th and its a weekend one will be paid friday before. If you want a peace of mind avoid FNB home loan. I had been a happy client but now i am not.
