Poor customer service

Savings account so Fnb will proactively ask out to Create a savings account and put money in it for days and once you actually have created. I call the center but the no one knows why there is. Non compliant and then I spoke to 4people amazing enough the fifth referred me to SARS his name is Trevor but they apparently he does not know how to read his screen because he couldn’t tell me what the block is about but dwell on the meet fact that I needed to contact SARS for non compliance on an account that I created on the app an FNB a service that they provide how does that even work. I finally get a correct number after 6 people the lady explains to me that when creating the savings account steps the branch eas suppose to show me where the tax form is I tell her I did not create it in the branch and nobody has email me anything about Fnb compliance so they did not include the form in the process now I have to suffer while trying to unlock it when the Fnb app does not include the form in its process to open the savings account. I actually want the airtime back for actually having to deal with 6 prior consultants not knowing what a feature in their company meant while bouncing me from pills to post and the ones that hang up I’m not a multimillionaire but I trust this bank for my salary and they hire people just because they fais accredited not because they have any people or empathy s****s even though they handling something so frail such as money and be so dumb I’d try to better educate the stuff even some of the people in the branch are just as dumb and stiff as daylight you need to figure something out yourself and the Fnb staff rudeness and slowness goes from branch to office none considerate of your time as long as they are at work and get paid. I’d like to bank with an innovative bank but when their process fail be able to handle it the first time the client calls not six calls down 110 airtime loss not customer centric at all we work for our money the client is not just a transaction to the bank
