Poor Customer Service

Good day,

I would like to advise on the poor customer service I received from Sedzani, Lucas, Sinoxolo, Mbalenhle Linda and Bianca From FNB PRIVATE CLIENTS SERVICE SUITE. They did not comply with my request for Account Downgrade. They are sending me from pillar to post stating that they cannot see the notes or reference logged from their team.

Please advise if you condone such behavior from your staff.

If this is how your clients are treated and you call that client services then the company is pathetic.
