Poor customer service

This is my second Monday in a row im wasting time at a FNB branch trying to stop and reverse debit orders. Last Monday i stood here for an hour and twenty minutes listening to this headache inducing music, today again im here for a further 45minutes and still no help. I think a permanent solutuon to this poor service would just be to close my account and go to another bank. Ive never been this defeated and mad at this total disregard for clients' time. Who has time for this on any given day? Why one can't do this in app is beyond me.
