Poor customer service

I got a bad customer service from FNB Forest Hill, I was saving money to a different account. It was actually a flexi fixed so when the money matured I went there because my cellphone banking wasn't working and I wanted to know why?

The lady didn't say why it's not working and she told me that my money was withdrawn by who she don't know and she forced me to agree that there's someone who knows my cellphone banking details. I was so angry but I did nothing and she helped with nothing she didn't even bother about following the matter.
