Poor customer service

Poor customer service from FNB consultants FNB are not taking serious us serious my matter haven't resolve even today 10 /05/2025

FNB debit the amount that was already paid on the 25 R3379,50 and they debit same amount that was already paid now they sending me to one another There in mind I'm using my airtime that time they are busy transferring me to one another itjooo I never felt so dissapoited in my life FNB you are so dissapointing shem I will never forget
