Poor Customer Service
I app**** for a Platinum credit card online. When I was done, it said that I don't qualify and that someone will call me. I definitely qualify for a platinum card. Maybe I just made a typo somewhere? No when I try again it says there was a discrepancy or something, someone will call me back. It has been days and no one has called me back. Shame on you, don't you want my business?
