Poor customer service

Fnb and its courier company CCD has the most unprofessional and poor service it is sickining i have dealt with so much people who all failed to assist on a simple request Vannessa from CCD and Patunia from FNB called Fnb again now spoke to a Guy guess what again no assistance i really want to switch i cannot deal with this
