Poor Customer Service

I have been trying to order a new bank card from for the last 3 months. I have access to a private banker. The person was not able to assist. I have to follow up everything, and they don't take the time or effort to make sure my query is resolved. I went to a branch, and even then, no luck in terms of resolving my query. The online service chat facility is even worse. The worst bank when it comes to service delivery.
