Poor Customer Service
I have gone in to the branch three weeks ago to have the tap and go deactivated on my card. I was told that they will send an email and will notify me once this has been done I have heard nothing since I called the general enquiries this morning and was sent form one depratment to another because nobody could assist me This is very inconvenient and I am shocked that FNB would just provide this facility without me accepting it in the first place and now I am must go through all these hassles to have it deactivated
