Poor customer service

I came to collect my card at FNB masingita mall Giyani, been waiting here for more than an hour and their ticket waiting period says 1 hour 6 minutes of which looks like I'll be here for more than 2 hours since only 3 people are working. Why should I wait for such a lengthy period for collecting their card, I don't think this bank is for me with their poor customer service
