Poor customer service

I would to complain about FNB MAPONYA I was at the ATM Banking companies money I called the security who was standing with the lady who works at FNB to assist me I know they are not opened but than to be ****** I called them for assistance they refused the lady who was wearing a FNB Benny told they can't help me because the bank is not open yet I didn't want to go inside just needed help with my deposit that's how people get ****** because of poor customer service I'm very disappointed with both security and the lady
