Poor customer service

I have been trying to call FNB for Over an hour I have called the personal load department is hopes of assistance as My credit score shows that i have missed payments but I have made the payments and have the statements. This is affecting my credit score and no one is able to assist me. Some one has added a settlement payment on my account that I have never agreed to and I have all my call recordings and now i have missed settlement payments showing on my account. Everytime i get through to the FNB loans department they drop the line - I spoke to Moketsi today, I spoke to Andile, I spoke to Zintle who of them all tried to assist but when he transferd me the call dropped. Its been more than an hour still no one to assist. I have been calling for months to try and resolve the issue it is the worste. I will be going on all my social media accounts to advise others not to ever take a loan out by FNB the worste service in the world
