Poor customer service

Okay so I few months back I app**** for a business loan with no luck, tried online and had to leave a review cause no one came back to me. As soon as I left the review they instantly got back to me and told me to try again after 3 months. Here I am again on holiday in Richardsbay and made a visit to the branch told me that I have to go to thr branch where I openee the business account and also told me to try on the app. Geuss what I have tried multiple timea again and no one got back to me again. Why does it seems like they dont wqnt to help their customers. I am not even sure if I will be approvee. But to go through all this trouble to for nothing seems stupid
