Poor customer feedback on Issues and poor support

Hi. I spoke with Kegomoditswe, Mohua from the asking them to reuest an expected time of resolution from the Debi check team on the known issue on the app. After asking 3 time, they just refused. After I advise I will be raising a complaint on Helo Peter they came back with an ETA unknown.

This is unacceptable - if there is an issue, the time expected to resolve the issue should be made available to the customer.
