Poor Customer Care

The quality of service has been deteriorating for years now and it is now at its worst! I have been using FNB for 20 years but I think its time to jump ship. I wanted to use paypal withdrawal on a Sunday. I logged in but it would just freeze where you choose the account to get into. After that I tried to get help from their customer care specialists! She didnt even know how their system works! Then lastly all she could say was, you just have to wait for it, sundays we do maintenance! if so why didn't you inform the customers in advance? a simple "system maintenance tomorrow, expect limited service" would have been enough! Fnb is going back to stone age instead of growing into a tech era bank
