Poor customer care

They never take care of their customers like other banks.i bought a house through them but they can't even help with their poor service insurance ,Outsurance since june my geyser is leaking and am using buckets for water coming through the ceiling .I don't understand because it's still their house ,but they can't even push Outsurance to help out. what a disappointment.
