Poor customer assistance

Poor customer assistance . I have been trying to close my cheque account for the last month, without any luck. Fnb doesn't want to assist me, because there were still service providers that had to take money.

I've asked for assistance with my debit orders, but nothing. Now out of the blue, I owe them almost R4000.

How does this work. I don't even have that much debit orders. This is daylight *******.

I'm so disappointed in the bank that I've done business with for so long.

Don't know what to do...
