POOR CREDIT SCORING FNB TO BLAME

I got my transunion credit report last week and it shows that I owe FNB bank an outstanding temporary loan from November 2014. This loan was paid for by direct debit on 04.12.2014. I phoned the FNB call centre and was taken from pillar to post and nobody seemed willing to help.<br> I could write a book about the number of calls made and the rude staff I have spoken to. To date I am sitting with a poor credit scoring because of FNB and noone is willing to help, really where do I go from here???
