Poor Covid service from FNB

I dont if anyone as experienced terrible service from FNB / Wesbank since they started working form home. I have been following up on a *****y for the past three weeks. Every time I call I get told it will be sorted out in the next three days. no one ever calls me back untill I call again and get promised. I spoke to one Chantail Gobin from wesbank, not willing to help at all. Its like I invaded her privacy at home, Wesbank must put this *********** agent on Admin duties if she is unsupervised and working form home. some of the agents who promised to get back to me including Neo Malekuti, Grantville Morgan, Mathapelo Phalatsi, Logan Oliver, Babra, and more.
